And he spent his childhood in the village, where he picked up the club. He began to seriously engage in the city in Rubin. The first coach was Boris Ageevich Silin. He studied at the university, and devoted all his free time to us, children.

Boris Ageevich gave us a lot, and most importantly - understanding - that in hockey we must stand for each other. I then had old-old ones, alone with my brother for two, skates-the so-called "dutas". The ankle in them only went to them. They wrapped it out so that you could ride normally.

Father made clubs for us at the factory - from plywood. They were enough for literally two or three training. The form was old. Now you will not find one in the museum. But none of this stopped us - every evening we disappeared on mass skating in the social city. A lot of people gathered. Music played. The boys and I chased one after another, playing Salki. All this helped us on the site.

We did not work out the same elements for hours. We did not know the words "elements" at all - we knew the word "shovel". And basically physics was given like this: you come two hours before training, clean the box with your own hands. They cleaned both for themselves and for other ages. Then - service in the army. The Orenburg region, the corner forgotten by God is the Donguzskaya station.

To the southwest of her-a testing ground. Rockets, anti -aircraft installations. And we are somewhere nearby ... We play hockey for the class “B” “Strela”. There was a football team there, and even - at that time exotic - tennis. I must say that the military service helped me a lot. Gennady Konstantinovich Sokolov, who trained us, did not know what hockey was, but he gave physics great.

So they chased from one side to the other. We ran all day ... We had no tactics. They drove everyone, but in the end they lost to everyone. After the army, he played for KamAZ for two years. Then Vladimir Filippovich Vasiliev called me to Uritsky. The legendary coach! He had his own approach to each player. For example, Valery Shalakhin, Gennady Maslov are magnificent players.

I did not see them more. But these are bright individuals. And hockey is a team game. Vasiliev sometimes put them in the framework. Galyamin gave a lot of theory. He listened carefully to him. Tsygurov loved individual classes. It was also tough. Especially once someone was to blame-he was underdeveloped, shook. He, like Vasiliev, harshly treated those who could, but did not.

Basically, he forced to do additional exercises. I did not punish financially-there was no money. But then there was a love of hockey. Relatives, friends, beloved came to the games. It was nice to ride a bus, it’s nice to see the fans who were waiting after the matches. The family was already. Then I had to look for myself in a new life. Here in the army. When you serve, you do not see anything but service, and then you go out to the citizen and wonder.

Everything is completely different here! He graduated from two universities - a branch of the Volgograd Institute of Physical Culture and the Faculty of Law of KSU. They invited both the director of the base and the assistant to the prosecutor. As a result, he accepted the proposal of his neighbor - he turned out to be a managing network of restaurants and cafes. So I became the head of the famous Pivbar "Hippo".

It was a big springboard in life, although this stage lasted only seven months. At the same time, he began to play in Nizhnekamsk. He helped the team in the second league. Now it is a large club, and then he was just starting his hockey growth. Uritsky director of the hockey school. Then I became already vice president of Neftekhimik. We gradually climbed the steps and finally ended up in the Major League, along with the UK.

Uritsky and famous CSKA. The selection of players, as well as the organization of all trips, lay down on my shoulders. In the work in general and in the selection of players in particular, the hockey past helped me and helps me. After all, without knowing the kitchen, you can’t work as a chef. And almost all my life was in hockey ... After that, the general director of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim, he is also the president of the Neftekhimik hockey club Vladimir Mikhailovich Busygin, invited me to work as the club director.

For six years I have worked in this position. And in the year he returned to the Kazan "Ak Bars", where I still work. I will never forget how I was first put behind Uritsky in the main composition. They played in Tashkent with the local Binocor. The team was very good. It was collected by solid, experienced players from all the republics of the USSR. I remember how I felt the moment: I give the puck - and Vladimir Bokarev leaves my filing and scores a goal!

Thanks to him, we eventually won. After the game, we fly to Kazan on a regular plane. Vladimir Filippovich Vasiliev - He was then a coach - passes by the rows on the plane. He came up to me, patted on the shoulder. I remembered this feeling forever. After that, all my life, until the end of the hockey career, I played in the main composition.
