Oleg Soskin Biography

After graduating from high school, he managed to work for some time as a locksmith at the factory, after which he was drafted into the ranks of the Soviet Army. In the year he entered the Faculty of Economics of Kyiv State University. Having graduated with honors from the university in the year, he entered the same graduate school. He finished it in M, and the following year he defended his thesis on the topic "The role of the export sector of the economy in the reproductive process of developing states based on materials from the oil exporters."
