Sports halls, sports grounds are now enough in any city. Of course, you could find the hall in Lipetsk. But in general, this is a common practice - to export the team to train away from home. We have many new players. The guys are rubbing to each other. And it is better to do this away from the native walls. Here they play a manual ball, football ... communicate ... So the foundation of a good coordinated sports team is laid.

There are several adult teams, children train. Even passed the final of the zonal games of the Golden Puck, where, by the way, the Kuban team won. Are you not surprised by such a surge of interest in hockey in the south? Today, hockey in our country is given increased attention. Even the president plays it. In Lipetsk there is exactly the same excitement. Amateur teams arise, beat among themselves.

And in the south ... Imagine how nice it is to go out on the ice in such heat! They played in the Moscow Spartak, the Voskresensky Chemist, even in two German teams. But in the end they returned to where they started - in Lipetsk. I learned to play hockey in Lipetsk. Here is my house, my family. I want to live in this city. And for this you need to live a life in the locker room yourself.

This is the only way to understand how and what the athletes live. If normal relations have developed with the team, then you can do big things with it. Then, in the year before last, he suddenly came out of her of his own free will. Why so and what are the further plans of the team? But next year we will still be there. And what is needed in order to get to the Premier League?

There are many conditions. The authorized capital of the team should be at least seventy million rubles. After all, membership in the Premier League involves numerous trips, flights. It is necessary to have a stadium with a capacity of at least five thousand spectators. Ours accommodates two times less, however, their eyes can close it. Moreover, a new large ice arena is already being built in Lipetsk.

But the most important thing is finance. Last year, in order to play in the Premier League, it was necessary to pay two and a half million rubles. Next year, the amount will probably increase to three million. Can it be called the best in the world again?

For example, if a hockey player concludes a contract with a club for five years worth a billion rubles, then I believe that this is too much. A young player goes there to see the world, to show himself. But today, by the vast majority, Russian hockey players prefer to play at home.
