Now we can say that from this experience we managed to benefit certain benefits. In particular, we saw that the enterprises of the KSK Civil Code can operate in a crisis and perform super -assaults. If in April, in view of the production plan, the production plan was adjusted, then in the next months we reduced the lag and by the end of the half -year we came up with the full implementation of preserved orders.

Also, during quarantine, we gained important experience in remote work. This format has shown its effectiveness, and now we are working on the opportunity to preserve it for some non -production employees as a permanent one. The reduction of orders, of course, followed, but not so significant. New opportunities have appeared. We perceived the emerging epidemiological situation as a challenge, and the LTS began to expand the product line for other types of public transport, in particular buses.

Currently, tests of new air disinfection are completed, by the end of the year we expect to go to serial production. What did you manage to do over the past time and what tasks are facing the company today? The company was formed on the basis of production assets of the Holding Components. It was required to systematize these assets, structure markets, technologies and tasks. I think that we coped with this.

Today, the Civil Code of the SK is a single company that combines competencies in the development, production and maintenance of components for objects and systems in the field of transport, primarily rail. At the same time, we are already going to other segments: public and commercial vehicles, agricultural engineering, construction equipment, shipbuilding, etc.

Actual tasks are associated with increasing competitiveness, including by optimizing business processes, building the missing competencies, digitalizing and using innovative technologies. They can be divided into two main blocks. The first is design and development. We are actively forming an engineering resource in the company. A year ago, we started with the creation of an engineering center in a person.

Today, more employees are engaged in it, and the target number, including designers-developers and technologists, is more than a person. Investments in this direction are calculated by billions, of course, most of them are on the salaries of employees engaged in the development and production of new products. The second block is technology and production process. Today we actively upgrade the existing capacities and build new ones, introduce a production system.

Large -scale investment programs have been implemented over the past two years, large volumes of investment are planned in the future. Until the end of the year, we are going to carry out the full launch of the largest component plant of the group - "PromteStekhnopark KSK". This will be a universal site in Tver, on which a large number of our enterprises will concentrate.

The production complex will provide up to a third of the release of all KSK products and will allow you to get better cost and high quality. In particular, in December, on the territory of the KSK PromteStekhiropark, we plan to open the first in Russia the cost production of climatic systems for transport. It will include 4 conveyor lines with a total performance of over 20 thousand. What amounts are we talking about?

From the moment of creation, we are focused on output of products outside the country.We are faced with the task - to use the internal order in the Russian market and the competencies formed for the development of the KSK Civil Code as a full -fledged participant in the global markets of components and for other spheres that I have already called. There are examples of the supply of our products to a number of foreign states, now we are working to expand the grocery portfolio of all divisions in this direction.

Separately, I note that we participate in the large -scale project of Transmashholding TMH for the supply of passenger wagons to Egypt. For us, this contract was the first experience of comprehensive design and development of products according to international standards and national requirements of other countries. I am sure that the Egyptian project will be followed by others related to the supply of TMX, and independent.

TMX, as part of this contract, set us a task of localizing the production of components in both Hungary and Egypt. These processes have already begun: in the near future, the assembly of components in Hungary starts, and in Egypt, service with the formation of the necessary service base will be organized. These are almost all the components from which passenger cars are collected, except for carts.

We are talking about door and window systems, interior solutions, lighting equipment, chairs, toilet modules, ventilation units and much more. For the following models of wagons, we will also supply climatic systems. Most of our products are present in the passenger segment of railway transport: long -distance wagons, electric trains, metro wagons. Yes, it will be simply impossible differently, because in Russia the segment of the production of railway rolling stock to a large extent is occupied by TMX.

State support is an integral element of a modern market system, without which the economy and society as a whole cannot develop stably. Of course, we are interested in mutually beneficial partnership with the state at both federal and regional levels. In particular, the "industrial technopark of the KSK" is created as part of the national project with the direct participation of the Government of the Tver region and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

Support is in the form of subsidies for the implementation of measures to create an industrial technopark and the development of production facilities. I note that the most effective form of state support is the preservation of a systemic order for infrastructure companies on rolling stock. Through this mechanism, we, as co -executors, get the loading of production and sources of means for development.

On the basis of the enterprise, a large -scale investment project was recently launched to create a competence center for the production of cast -iron casting. We focus the plant to meet the needs of the market in machine -building cast -iron casting, primarily in terms of production for TMX in the direction of diesel engines. Already now there is a development of a large nomenclature of products.

The most important project is the import substitution of castings of blocks of diesel engines of the Kolomensky factory. In addition, orders in other areas are preserved for the LZ PMZ: shafts and cylinders of paper machines, machines, parts of steam and gas turbines, and other directions. We are actively engaged in details for wind generators: this is castings weighing up to 40 tons - in Russia, only one plant can produce them in series.

The capacity of the enterprise is 60 thousand. There is such a project, we will implement it together with one of the Russian manufacturers. Separately, I note that the restriction of supplies from China and Europe, which arose in connection with pandemia, once again emphasized the relevance of localization in Russia by the production of electronic and electrical products. In this direction, we also plan to expand our own nomenclature.

Have you created any restrictions for your supply chains of measures to counteract the coronavirus? As I already said, the consequences of the pandemia - the cover of borders and the stop of enterprises abroad did not affect the KSK production program - did not significantly affect. At the same time, there is a certain dependence on the imported component.

We are faced with the task of complete import substitution and exclusion of dependence on external factors outside of Russia. In a number of positions in the short term, this problem cannot be solved, but in our long -term plans it is certainly appearing. In my opinion, these developing fish - most of the enterprises presented on them were created relatively recently.

They live according to the prevailing rules, but do not always take into account the requirements inherent in developed markets. So, many suppliers do not have a long -term strategy, their plans are focused on a very short horizon, as a result of which they lose certain elements of competitiveness. At the same time, the situation with coronavirus showed that Russian suppliers are more flexible than foreign ones: they are able to solve problems in emergency mode.I would like to orient our suppliers on the formation of strategies, long -term plans and, accordingly, investment in development.

So far, not everyone has been properly prepared by the production and technological base, not everyone moves towards digitalization and optimization of business processes, not everyone is ready to switch to new cooperation formats. I believe that the restrictions that arose as a result of pandemia are an obvious reason to introduce new approaches more quickly.

The KSK Civil Code conducts a full -scale digital transformation and automation of enterprises - we are sure that this is not a tribute to fashion, but an existing tool for increasing efficiency. The project of creating a unified information environment is the most important element of this process. We focus on interaction with the consumer throughout the life cycle of the product.

It is important for us what happens to the component in the rolling stock, how it affects the work of the carrier, the comfort and safety of the passenger. The conclusions made on the basis of this information are laid in new engineering solutions and development. As far as I know, at the first stage it will be focused on railway engineering. Having combined the production capabilities of hundreds of machine -building enterprises, the platform should provide customers with a quick search for the optimal contractor for any task, transparent pricing and control at all stages of the execution of the order.

A number of enterprises already have GISP, in the future our presence in this system will expand. What do you expect from participation in the association and in what work do you plan to take part? We are waiting, of course, new opportunities for us, to improve and improve the market as a whole. I believe that it is in this format, through the professional community that interaction with the regulator should be built that market participants should quickly give feedback on the need to change certain rules and standards.
