Olga Tashlykova biography
Olga Tashlykova: “The high level of experts is the basis of our business strategy” 0 Excon operates in the service market for independent examination and evaluation for 19 years. During this time, the company grew up from the Laboratory of Auto Expertise into a multidisciplinary independent expert organization that professes all types of property, technical and financial and economic examinations professionally, and expanded the geography of work to all corners of Russia.
On the formation of the Excon brand in the Kirov market, the competition and the importance of expert’s qualifications is Olga Tashlykova, the owner and director of the Excon Exciption and Consultation Company. Olga Vyacheslavovna, tell us about how your company entered the market? They started with auto -expertise, which is understandable from the original name "Laboratory of Auto Expertise." Two years later, it was decided to change the name for “Excon” - the composite from the words “Expertise” and “Consultation”.
In general, there were many difficulties at the start, like any new business without patterns from the state or large investors. The work began on naked enthusiasm, the desire to become the best in its field and with a constant desire for improvement. I am very grateful to my father, Vyacheslav Kolobov, because he breathed his life into “Excon” and gave the company the correct vector of development - a professional and independent examination.
In any business, not just to survive in competition. Tell us about the postulates of your business that you never violate? Diversification is certainly important. But it is even more important to clearly define a niche and raise your business within its limits. For the already nineteen -year period, Excon, like other expert companies, has encountered demand failures.
This was facilitated by legislative changes, and in general the market conditions. But we never came to dealing with legal services. First of all, because legal services are an representation of the interests of the party. In such a situation, our reputation of independent experts will simply be lost: it is impossible to play on the customer’s side as a lawyer and at the same time portray independence.
Secondly, this is just a completely different niche, otherwise the arranged professional environment. For us, lawyers are one of the target audiences that form a significant part of the portfolio of examinations. In general, our sphere is quite competitive. There are many evaluative and expert companies on the market, as well as individual appraisers and experts.
Most of our competitors specialize in one or two professional areas-assessment, auto-experts, construction and technical examinations.
Against this background, we are favorably different from them and can at a high level solve almost any expert problem, thereby ensuring the most part of the customer’s needs in independent examinations, including complex, multidisciplinary. As for dumping, this is the pain of the entire industry. We cannot afford dumping, because we have quite large costs for advanced training and professional retraining of experts, the acquisition and maintenance of measuring and diagnostic equipment, the use of professional and licensing software.
All this is done specifically for our customers, so that the result of the study of the examination, the assessment that they entrusted to us, meets modern requirements and was really useful, and not just "hang in the frame." How did the whole complex of services rendered? The assessment is probably a decisive direction for one simple reason - there are a large number of situations where it is required without fail:.
