What was the film? Nikolai Ryabinin is a young writer who published a book about life on Patricks approx. Nikolai dismisses them like an annoying flies until he pays a visit to his mother’s hospital. The brother, with whom the writer has long quarreled, went missing in the Donbass.

Nicholas's father is obviously wise with life and a man possessing a good heart. The fate of the fraternal people is important to him. He reproaches the protagonist for the attitude to the situation in Ukraine as that which is not worth it: - “Alien country, they will figure it out themselves” ... That's why everything happened. For a year now, but they can’t “figure it out”.

” Nevertheless, the elderly man himself intends to go in search of the eldest son. However, Nikolai finds the courage to take this burden on himself, not having the slightest idea of ​​how much his life will change. However, now he does not bite and will do everything to find him, which has passed both Chechen wars. In the Aurora battalion, in which Alexei Ryabinin, the brother of Nikolai, also served, the “passenger” is greeted by people of completely different nations and worldviews: Chechen Adam Tsingiev, representatives of the eastern peoples with the nicknames “Bruce Lee” and “Orda”, passionate about the music “Artist”, the commander of the trigger himself.

At the front, it makes no sense to deny each other, no matter what culture you belong to: "There are all brothers here." And yet, far from immediately Nikolai was taken into his ranks: he, a “passenger”, so simply, passing, he is looking for a brother. All so hungry, in a fashionable leather jacket and in snow -white! And in the "training" approx. What should he fight?

Nevertheless, the main character can fend for himself and his comrades, which conquers the location of the “brothers”. It is almost impossible to cope alone alone, since in these difficult conditions every day can be the last. However, the heroes do not despair, even despite the fact that many of them bear the burden of personal tragedies. People continue to reach for creativity: playing different musical instruments of both classic and pop songs, as well as write poetry.

Vera also does not occupy the last place in their life: Adam makes prayer, and the tree on the outskirts of settlements is decorated with icons. Rural residents prepare food to our “brothers”, help and support, not forgetting about raising their children. The story of a very little Mitka, who wants to join the battalion, but forced to teach Eugene Onegin, cannot leave the viewer indifferent.

No less interesting is the storyline of a person, God for whom is the “war” itself, which led him out of prison. His motto in life is simple and disgusting: "We must take everything that lies badly: the war will write off everything." And all in it is disgusted by: facial expressions, intonations, rhetoric, principles. Here is the love line hardly appropriate in this film.

One could absolutely calmly do without her, not a particularly justified and significant role not playing. Nevertheless, in VAR, we see the image of a strong woman and mother, to the last clinging to life and health and his loved ones, and himself. The successes of the “passenger” at the front are not entirely clear. Perhaps the father with ties at the military registration and enlistment office and the veteran of the two military conflicts made their contribution to this matter, but it is still not entirely clear how the writer, as if who first took the weapon in his hands, immediately begins to accurately fall into the goals.

And what is happening at the front seemed to really touch him, as if not for the first time in such conditions, it turns out. Although by the end of the film the idea is fixed that the main character can already live otherwise and will not be able to live. This is simply not for him. In general, the film is bright, saturated with events, taking as a living one.

And he speaks in a language that is understandable to the viewer, and the images in it are quite accessible, although, of course, perhaps the transfer of the frame to heaven in the meaning of the defeat already requires insignificant preparation. Nevertheless, the impression of a certain incompleteness of work on the picture is created: it should be made more folding, with a more even tonality.

However, maybe not so important in this case? After all, the emotional upsurge was created, fixed by the final personnel. The hero is ready for further exploits. And with him we are ready to do everything in our power, and we ourselves.
