And I would get to the point. The decision on this on October 24 was made by the Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow. These two gentlemen "inherited" in our city, but there was no court in the Khimkinsky case.

Then Damirov decided to return the money that he gave to Avdeev is unknown for what. The entrepreneur on January 18 invites R. Avdeev to the Baku restaurant. And as soon as Avdeev enters the restaurant, Da-Mirov and Chertkoev, the head of the choke guarding the restaurant, take him under his arms and drag him to the basement. There they demand that Avdeev write a debt receipt for thousands of rubles.

It turns out that then the Dami-Ri-R-R-R-R and Chertkoev begins to beat Avdeev. Natives of the friendly countries of the Caucasus explained their non-involvement in the bodily harm of Avdeev childishly: "We were not there," "I did not beat anyone." Having lowered the details of the trial, let's say briefly: the fault of the businessman and the guard was fully proved.

The conclusion - the greed of the fraer ruined, and also failed the impudent confidence that in Russia it can be achieved by money and force. By these four years, a few more years of prison for fraud will soon be added, to which Damirov went all the investment contract, nor a correctly executed contract for land lease, there was no draft towers approved by the Moskoyes Poretiza, there was no elementary permit for construction, and Damirov acted under the reliable roof on the principle: "What I want, then I turn it over." And there were bribes, and these facts were established and proved in court.

S. construction was sent for receiving a bribe in the year, and apartments were sold in parallel, and Damirov came up with a sheet structure for the sale of square meters - Northern Lights. The apartments walked with a bang. Money flowed to the Pocket Bank of Damirov "Printbank". But this continued until the moment the Khimki administration bought by Damirov resigned, or rather, lost the election of the year.

But Dami-Rova did not frighten. He shook in front of the nose of the new authorities who demanded the papers laid under the law, with a linden investment contract. Moreover, he decided to develop his activities and decided to build two more houses for apartments. The pathological property of character was again affected - greed. However, the stop cran at the construction site "Star of Russia" was lowered by the hand of the new head of the city V.

Strelchenko, who decided to put his whole life in Khimki on legal rails. The new administration demanded that all the documents have been drawn up properly, otherwise the people who will be settled in the apartments, in fact, will not receive their ownership. They learned that their million dollars, which they paid for the apartments of the Northern Light, was transferred in July to the Print-Pital, that is, Damirov.

At this time, the courts followed the courts. Damirov lost the court on investment contract, on the ground. The construction was re -registered to another organization, which took on all obligations to equity holders.
