Of the journalists in press secretaries-this was a serious change. It was necessary to form a positive public opinion and at the same time hear and sympathize with the opinion of the townspeople, to remain indifferent and fundamental.

Raisa Nikanorovna became a professional in the new post, although it was not easy ten years in her biography. In those “zero” years, her relationship with the viewer continued - and even if Danilova did not appear in the frame, her well -recognized voice every evening came from television receivers: the stories about the activities of the city administration filled the air of local information programs in the city still recall the transfer of “power”.
