Marchenko Biography Orenburg
Olga Myalova on April 21 is one of the “main women of Orenburg” - Lyudmila Alexandrovna Marchenko, the anniversary notes. And on Monday, April 18, it turned 15 years old as deputy head of the city for social issues. So the anniversary for this charming and youthful, energetic and compassionate, wise and active woman is double. This is the area with the name oilman and native street - next to the house of the same name.
In the fall, spring and summer I loved to drive a bicycle. I had an ordinary "schoolboy". The hobby was great, my friends and I performed different pirouettes - they put our legs on the frame and rode without hands, ”recalls Marchenko. I come from school, make lessons, and in the evening - I must at the rink, to the Avangard stadium ... I remember our yard very well: on the Moskovskaya Street two houses - 5a and 7 are standing opposite, hockey gates were always placed on the site between them and poured a rink.
For the New Year, they dressed up the Christmas tree. Our whole life passed in the yard. They were very friends with the neighbors, almost related. They sat on benches, led girlfriends with friends, tried to learn to play the guitar. Such a small, cozy, cramped and friendly world ... In Orenburg, I do not see this now. Although the yards are so beautiful!
And today, when I come to Orsk to my mother, I hear the friendly everywhere: “Oh, Lyudmila, hello! How are you doing? But I remember everyone! Childhood friend Olya Firsova lives in Sakmar, works as a midwife in the Sakmar hospital. We still support friendship. My dad died very early, then I studied in the 8th grade, and I will never forget how Olya and her family supported me at this difficult moment ...
Komsomol is my fate in the eighth grade Lyudmila Marchenko, who went to the Komsomol from the first grade in activists and athletes. And in the second year, the institute was elected secretary of the Komsomol committee of the Faculty of Philology. All the youth of Lyudmila Aleksandrovna is generally connected with Komsomol and the party: in the year, after moving to the capital of the region, she was invited to work in the Dzerzhinsky District Committee of the Komsomol.
The following year she became his secretary. Since years, she was already the secretary of the city committee of the Komsomol. The ideals of Youth Marchenko are true to this day. If a person has no responsibility, willingness to help people, if he does not know how to work in a team, this is his trouble. I can find an approach to anyone, I can find a way out of any, even a dead end.
This was taught by the school, the Komsomol and the party taught me. The weak could not stand it there. But the preparation was powerful! First of all, we were given the opportunity to constantly grow and develop. And secondly, there was a desire to help, to be useful to people and society. It is good that today volunteer youth organizations are replacing the Komsomol.
They also help pensioners, take care of younger children, fight alcohol, drugs and licentiousness of peers. More recently, we held a rally of volunteer associations of Youth of Orenburg. Most of them are engaged in the prevention of asocial phenomena.
And to my provocative question “Why are you doing this? Why do you need this? You can’t say better! The corner in the box - I have a special attitude towards pioneer camps. I disappeared all my childhood in the camp "Eaglet" - not a single summer could do without it! There were a forest in the memory, the steep coast of the Urals, the faces of the counselors ... and the corner from one farewell fire is still stored in the box.
At one time, I studied the Orenburg "oaks" thoroughly. I literally walked around. There we held contests, concerts and festivals. In difficult years, the enterprise dropped off the entire social sphere - kindergartens, cultural institutions, and country camps. In April, the head of the city, Gennady Pavlovich Donkovtsev, appointed me his deputy for social issues. In early May, I arrived at the Oaks honestly, I cried.
Everywhere desolation, devastation - the furniture in the buildings is broken, the tiles are torn off, wires stick out at the site of the chandelier, and the mountains of garbage stick out everywhere. And I gave myself a word: I will do everything so that this zone at least finds the former appearance. And you succeeded! Almost all the camps we returned to life. I remember that this program at one time had many opponents: “You are incorrectly distributing the budget!
Our task is the improvement of the city, the repair and maintenance of schools, hospitals, kindergartens! Well, in the summer where to relax to the children? In the year, Yuri Nikolayevich Mishcheyakov came to the city leadership - a person who is very close to his heart accepts any problem related to childhood, and at all costs tries to solve it. By the way, then he seemed very strict to me.
And then, when at the festival of large families the children surrounded him, I saw tears in his eyes. He himself was brought up in a large family and very well understands the problems of childhood. Today, “oaks” take ten thousand children every summer! This is a huge responsibility, and I try to call every evening: do you need help? Today, only 5 million were allocated for the repair of educational institutions of the city today - ten years ago for the same purposes for the same purposes. On her initiative, it was subsequently saved, and the dairy cuisine became powerfully developed, which in the nineties again were going to close in order to save.
In the year, Lyudmila Marchenko took office as the head of the social protection department of the population. Then the city social protection was a point of issuing to the poor in use. Today it is a comprehensively developed, almost irreplaceable structure. In addition, Lyudmila Aleksandrovna Marchenko for many years has been the union of “women of Orenburg” permanently. She is the initiator of the establishment of the municipal award "Maternity" ...
You can list the achievements of Marchenko for a long time. But Lyudmila Alexandrovna also has the status, "invisible to the world." She is a loving and attentive wife, a beloved mother and a beautiful grandmother. Together with her husband Nikolai Pavlovich, who took on part of the house and always ready to substitute a strong male shoulder to his wife, she raised three children, now he is raising five grandchildren.
In the free hour, loves, as in his youth, to sit on a bicycle. He works in the garden, is engaged in a flower garden. And he considers all this as important as the public service.
