And his sister Sofia, according to his mother, misses his brother very much and is afraid that his father will take her too.

In telephone conversations, in response to requests to return his son, the People’s Deputy replies that the son will now live with him.

She claims that when the people's deputy took Taras, her son cried and did not want to leave with him. At the same time, in the photographs that Igor Shvayka and his fourth wife uploads to Facebook, a boy, very similar to his father, smiles and looks happy. Who is right in this situation and with whom in the end the child would have to decide the court to decide. However, nothing is said about this in the court decision.

Now the spouses, who, by the way, both lawyers by education, are suing the children - the woman filed a lawsuit against her ex -husband to recover alimony from him, and Igor Schwaika filed a counterclaim in which both the children live with him. In this case, paying child support will already have to pay an ex-deputy of the people's deputy. To return her son, the woman even applied to the police with a statement of abduction.

However, the actions of Igor Schvayk do not carry the corpus delicti, since the court decision with whom the son will still not live. What respect for the rights of the child, when the child was crying, when he was taken away and I have an appropriate video? In addition, my rights are violated as a mother, to communicate with my child, ”said Olga Schwike. The People’s Deputy himself refuses to comment on the current situation.
